Home ownership has been a rewarding and fulfilling experience for Josh and me. When we began the search for a home, just over 5 years ago, we looked mainly at previously lived in homes, but fortunately we had the opportunity to walk through this “in-construction” home being built by Brian Ranger. It didn’t take use long to realize that this was the house for us, not only because of the floor plan, neighbor hood, and quality construction, but also because of the builder.
       From the day we began working with Brian, and time and time again over the years, he has only shown us characteristics of being an enthusiastic and committed home-builder. Brian and his team of contractors are the utmost of professionals; friendly, hard-working and dependable. Brian stands-by his materials and construction; his homes are well-constructed by highly experienced and skillful workmanship, using high-quality materials. During the building and purchasing process Brian was either on-site or with-in a phone call away. Even to this day, five years later, Brian makes himself available for questions. He has gone above and beyond, more than once, to help us maintain our house in a “like-new” condition.
       If the opportunity presented itself, we would build with Brian Ranger again. We have the utmost respect and confidence in Brian. We sincerely appreciate his friendly and professional dedication to building quality homes.
